Records of this revisional application reflect that there was only interim order for three months by the order dated 22.08.2014 and thereafter the interim order was never extended. The subject-matter of the revisional application relates to complaint case being No.596C of 2010 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Howrah.

Having regard to the nature of the allegations made in the petition of complaint and contentions advanced in the revisional application and its foundation, I am of the view that the same relate to question of facts and cannot be interfered at this stage. Accordingly, CRR 1978 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
