Banerjee) Mr. Shibaji Kumar Das Ms. Deblina De ...for the petitioners This application under 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) 2nd Court at Barasat, to dispose of the application filed under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code expeditiously.

Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the regular presiding officer is not available and the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) 3rd Court at Barasat is in charge of the court of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) 2nd Court at Barasat.

After some arguments, Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for liberty to approach the learned District Judge for transfer of the suit to any other court within its jurisdiction.

In the light of the submission made by Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, CO 2112 of 2025 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned District Judge, North 24 Parganas with an appropriate application.

If such an application is filed, the learned District Judge is requested to consider the same in accordance with law.
