Banerjee) (Via Video Conference) Syed Shamsul Arefin ... for the petitioner Mr. Raja Saha Mr. Shamim ul Bari ... for the State Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ... for the SSC Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharya ... for the WBBSE Learned advocate for the petitioner and also for the District Inspector of Schools have submitted that the District Inspector of Schools has sent the letter mentioning one school and such letter has been sent to the Commissioner of School Education, the West Bengal Central School Service Commission and the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

Now the effective steps are to be taken by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. Therefore, I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to recommend the name of the petitioner to the West

Bengal Board of Secondary Education in the school indicated by the District Inspector of Schools in his letter dated 17th February, 2022, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. The Board is also directed to issue appointment letter by two weeks from the date of receipt of such recommendation from the Commission.

With the above direction, the writ application is disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Commission and also upon the Board immediately.
