Sainul Sk. @ Sekh ... Petitioner Mr. Jisan Iqubal Hossain ... for the Petitioner Mr. Bibaswan Bhattacharya Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ... for the State Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on February 18, 2025 upon consideration of the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been no further progress in trial after the earlier bail prayer was rejected.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the defacto complainant has filed a naraji application before the learned trial Court which is pending.

The petitioner is in custody for more than a year. Offence, if proved, shall attract mandatory life imprisonment. There is no change in the circumstances of the case which warrants a favourable order at this stage.

Accordingly prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The bail application is disposed of.

Case Diary is returned.
