If the petitioner can satisfy the CESC Limited that the brothers who are already enjoying electricity and the petitioner live in a separate mess in their demarcated positions, electricity supply shall be granted to the petitioner in the same manner as given to the other brothers.

The exercise shall be completed within a month from date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
