Learned advocates appearing for the private respondents denies and disputes the contentions advanced on behalf of the petitioners.

Be that as it may since an alternative and efficacious remedy is available, I do not intend to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Petitioners would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional civil and criminal courts for appropriate remedy.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 13455 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
