1. The relief sought for pertains to a particular consumer, who wants electricity. The question of entertaining a writ petition as public interest litigation and that too at the instance of a lawyer cannot be entertained.

2. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the aggrieved persons to approach the authority for necessary relief.
