1. No one appears on behalf of the applicant, although the alleged contemnor is represented.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor submits that no copy of the application has been served upon his client. As the learned counsel did not have the address of the applicant, no notice could be served as directed earlier.

3. The requirement of such service of notice is dispensed with.

4. It appears that on the last few occasions i.e. on 13.8.2025 and 12.11.2025 no one appeared on behalf of the applicant and prayed for any adjournment. Even today, no one appears on behalf of the applicant or prays for any adjournment.

5. Accordingly, the application being CPAN 914 of 2024 is dismissed for default.
