The petitioner alleges that the complaint filed before the police has not been properly investigated. Learned advocate representing the State respondents relies upon the instruction forwarded by the Officer-in-Charge, Kolaghat Police Station signed on June 13, 2024 mentioning that the complaint was duly enquired and the police submitted a prosecution report u/s 107 CrPC against the private respondents being Kolaghat PS NCR No. 826 of 2024 dated May 8, 2024. The police is directed to ensure that no breach of peace takes place at the locale.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.
