the matter of Mrityunjoy Garang & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.; WPA No.14013 of 2021.

In view of the above, this writ petition being WPA No.14009 of 2021 is disposed of with the same observations in WPA 14013 of 2021. The prayer of the applicants for being added as respondents in the instant writ petition is refused relying on the reasons as mentioned in WPA 14013 of 2021.
