Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent No.7. Affidavit-of-service is taken on record. The petitioner No.2 claims to be the newly elected president of the petitioner No.1. It is contended that the Bank of Baroda is not allowing the present office bearers of the association to operate the bank account. It is also alleged that the respondent No.7, who was the erstwhile president of the petitioner No.1, has raised certain objections. It is also submitted the said respondent is holding the fixed deposits of the association.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Chief Branch Manager, Teghoria Branch, Bank of Baroda to

treat the writ petition as a representation of the petitioners and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order, upon hearing the petitioner No.2 and the respondent No.7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
