Meheta ..for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Sougata Mitra ..for the State Mr. Kamal Mishra ..for the Council The petitioner's grievance is that he is not getting pension because of wrong committed by the State authorities though he has served the school for more than ten years.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order within a period of two weeks from the date of hearing and to communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the concerned District Inspector of Schools. With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
