Let an administrative notice be issued upon the sole petitioner/accused intimating the next date of hearing. Let the matter appear three weeks hence.

The concerned Officer-in-charge of Uttarpara Police station is also directed to send similar notice to the sole petitioner/convict, Anil Kumar Bhuwalka, son of Narayan Das Bhuwalka, Proprietor of M/s. Shibam Enterprises of 73, Cotton Street, Ground Floor, Kolkata- 700007 and resident of 62, Sukanta Sarani, Bhadrakali, Hooghly- 712232 and to submit a report by the date fixed. The department is directed to inform the concerned police station accordingly.
