He submits that the police are yet to obtain the chemical report.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the police obtained the chemical report and submitted the same to the jurisdictional court. The charges were framed on January, 30, 2020 and the next date is fixed on September 22, 2021.

Considering that commercial quantity was seized from the possession of the petitioners and the fact that the charges were framed and that the next date fixed is September 22, 2021, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

CRM 5939 of 2021 is dismissed.
