Petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned sessions judge under Section 29 of the P.W.D.V. Act, 2005. There is no exceptional circumstances reflecting in the application to invoke the Jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, CRR 2103 of 2023 is dismissed.
