Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the court is lying vacant and the learned learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 3rd Court at Barasat is in charge of that court.

CO 2116 of 2025 stands disposed of with the hope and trust that after the regular presiding officer joins, the application under Order 23 Rule 1(3) of the Civil Procedure Code shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
