Learned counsel for the State submits that the name of the present petitioner has specifically surfaced as an assailant in the mob lynching case. Learned counsel for the State submits that the name of the present petitioner has appeared in the statement of the victim as well as an eye-witness, namely, Saddam Hossain.

Taking into facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
