Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner complains that the private respondents have been digging the soil in such a manner in front of her residence that the egress and ingress of the petitioner is jeopardized and she has to come out of her residence by overcoming different odds.

State has submitted a report which reflects that no such incident of digging the soil on the mentioned land has occurred, the land was intact and presently submerged under rain water.

Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner, the Officer-in-Charge, Pathar Pratima Police Station would ensure that at least three feet path way must be made available from the residence of the petitioner to the connecting road. To that effect, if the police authorities face any inconvenience, they will inform the Panchayat

authorities who would immediately take steps so that further inconvenience with regard to egress and ingress is not faced by the petitioner who is more than 77 years old.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 13470 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
