1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Charge-sheet has already been filed under Section 306/34 IPC.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, including the statement of the witnesses and completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrte, Contai, in Connection with G.R. (E) No. 809 of 2022 arising out of Patashpur Police Station Case No. 409 of 2022 dated 22.07.2022 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
