land has been encroached illegally by obstructing his ingress and egress. The petitioner submitted a representation before the respondent no. 4 and others on 1st March, 2021 ventilating his grievance but the said representation has not been considered till date. The petitioner prays for consideration of his representation by respondent no. 4.

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and considering the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no.

4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner filed on 1st March, 2021 after

affording opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 14548 of 2021 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since affidavits are not invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
