The petitioners submitted a representation before the respondent no. 6 and others on 3rd June, 2020 ventilating their grievance but the said representation has not been considered till date. The petitioners pray for consideration of their representation by respondent no. 6.

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and considering the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no.

dispose of the representation of the petitioners filed on 3rd June, 2020 after affording opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 14551 of 2021 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since affidavits are not invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
