Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner renews her prayer for bail. He contended she is not the principal accused.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Incident occurred in the house which was occupied by the petitioner, her husband and the deceased. Dead body of the deceased was recovered from the septic tank of the said house. In view of the aforesaid facts and other incriminating materials implicating the petitioner in the murder and as her prayer for bail was rejected earlier and there is no substantial change since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
