Records of the writ petition reflect that series of cases are pending inter se the parties.

The petitioner's main grievance is that he is unable to take out his vehicle smoothly from the garage and repeated inconveniences are caused in free egress and ingress of the vehicle concerned from the garage. Repeated information, to that

effect, were furnished to the police authorities, but, no steps have been taken by them.

Learned advocate for the State is present and submits that the nature of the dispute is absolutely civil dispute, as such, the police authorities have restricted themselves by registering criminal cases as and when there have been violation of law.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute complained of, I am of the opinion that so far as the right, title and interest of the property is concerned, the police authorities will only act after specific directions are passed upon them by the learned civil court.

Since the police authorities are already well aware regarding the disputes existing between the parties, in case, the petitioner is faced with further inconveniences, he would file a fresh

representation with the concerned police station and the concerned police station would consider the same in accordance with law after assessing the correctness of the accusations.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14638 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
