The petitioner complains that the private respondent has raised unauthorised construction in public land by obstructing his ingress and egress. The petitioner filed a representation before respondent no.3 to that effect on 19th April, 2021, which has not been disposed of till date. The petitioner prays for a direction upon respondent no.3 to consider the said representation.

Having considered the submissions made by the parties and materials available on record, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19th April, 2021 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 14185 of 2021 is disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit-in-opposition is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
