Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injury suffered by the minor victim was simple in nature. Learned counsel submits that the present case is fallout of a dispute between neighbours.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application on the ground that allegedly the petitioner had caused injury to the minor victim with sickle, on account of which even the flash came out.

The coordinate Bench of this court in CRM (A) 1750 of 2025 vide order dated 30th June, 2025 admitted co-accused Naimul @ Naimul Hoque & anr. to the anticipatory bail. Though the role of the present petitioner is not identical with those co-accused, however, the charge-sheet has already been filed and the injuries are simple in nature.

Taking into account, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and on further conditions that the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioner shall stay outside the jurisdiction of Harishchandrapur police station for a period of four months from this date, except for attending court or meeting the Investigating Officer.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. 6.
