Imtiaj Uddin ...for the petitioner Ms. Sanghamitra Nandi, Ms. Debapriya Chatterjee ....for the State The writ petitioner is aggrieved that despite clarification having been given on March 28, 2011, to the letter of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Kolkata, dated March 14, 2011, for approval of panel for various posts of Teachers, Group-C and Group-D staff, has not been replied to by the concerned D.I. In those circumstances, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Kolkata, shall dispose of the communication of the school authority, which is admittedly, a minority school dated March 28, 2011 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date communication of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
