The petitioner prays for early disposal of the appeal pending consideration before the Divisional Forest Officer since January 2025.

Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, as it appears that the appeal preferred before the Divisional Forest Officer is pending consideration, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Divisional Forest Officer to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. Reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
