Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that considering the period of detention of four years and two months and the fact that ten witnesses were examined at the trial and there is hardly any possibility of trial concluding expeditiously, further detention of the petitioner is not required. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. Considering the involvement of the petitioner and the contents of the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

CRM 5969 of 2021 is dismissed.
