A very simple prayer has been made by the petitioner that is for direction upon the respondent appellate authority to dispose of the statutory appeal of the petitioner which has been filed on 26th March, 2021 as appears from Page 18 being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 14223 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent appellate authority concerned to dispose of the appeal in question filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of communication of the order.

It is recorded that this Court has not gone into the merits of the appeal and the respondent appellate

authority while deciding the appeal will act strictly in accordance with law.
