Siddiqui Ms. Adreeka Pandey ...for the State Although the petitioners filed the present application challenging impugned demand notices and notification made by the respondent authorities, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have now entered into a settlement with the respondent authorities. As such, the petitioners would like to withdraw the writ petition. The sum of Rs. 8,29000/- deposited with the learned Registrar (Administration), as per order dated 23.04.2014, may be transmitted to the District Land and Land Reforms Officer, being the respondent no.2 herein, and the petitioners intend to pay the rest of the amount due to the respondent authorities in due course.

Photocopy of the chalan by which the sum was deposited before this Court is taken on record Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned Registrar Administration is requested to have the amount transmitted to the respondent no.2 within four weeks from this date.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
