On the basis of the complaint of the petitioner Pathar Pratima Police Station Case No. 190 of 2022 dated July 4, 2022, under Sections 341/323/325/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against the respondent nos. 9 and

10. The investigation is going on. The police report is taken on record.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the police authorities to maintain a strict vigil in order to ensure that the petitioner is not disturbed or harassed in any way. The investigation shall proceed in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
