Imtiaj Uddin ......For the Private Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 Pursuant to the direction given by this court on 09.09.2021 the parties have filed affidavits showing the marks obtained on the basis of the table given in the Transfer Rules, 2015. The table is at page 16 of the writ application.

From the affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner it is evident that the petitioner got 10.5 marks and the Private Respondent, namely, Runu Pradhan, has got 21.0 marks. On the basis of such marks, the question of transfer of the Private Respondent, namely, Runu Pradhan as has been decided by the school suffers from no illegality. After perusal of the said affidavits and the writ

application and after hearing the parties, I do not find any merit in this writ application and the same is dismissed.

A cost of Rs.5,000/- is imposed on the petitioner for filing of highly frivolous application. The cost is to be paid by the petitioner to the High Court Legal Services Authority by two weeks from date.
