The petitioner in the instant writ petition has prayed for a direction upon the respondent authorities for extension of time for submission of the application in response to the Employment Notification dated 25th August, 2021.

It has been submitted in Court that on the day the petitioner made representation before the concerned authority the University already extended the time period for filing the application till 29th September, 2021. It appears from the submissions made by the parties that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
