Heard Learned Counsel for the parties.

Considered the materials placed by them including the statements of witnesses. It is fairly submitted by Mr. Bapuli, learned Counsel, appearing for the State that the petitioner is diligently appearing before the Investigating Officer in obedience to the notice issued to him under Section 41A of the Cr. P. C. 3.

Regard being had to such facts and submissions, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of his arrest by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid P.S. case on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Within twenty one days from today he shall appear before the I.O. along with a server/certified copy of this order.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

The application being CRM (A) 2306 of 2023 is disposed of.
