CIVIL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION (Via Video Conference) CO No. 2288 of 2018 Debashree Misra -versus- Paresh Misra This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The wife/petitioner by the present application is seeking withdrawal of the Matrimonial Suit No. 13 of 2018 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Chanchal, District: Malda and transfer of it to any court competent to try and dispose of it under the judgeship of learned District Judge at Malda, District: Malda. None appears on behalf of the petitioner as well as on behalf of the opposite party either virtually or physically on call, no accommodation has been sought for.

CO 2288 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. No order as to costs.

The department is directed to communicate this order immediately to the aforesaid Court where the said suit is pending.
