However, from the report filed today by the District Inspector of Schools dated 31.01.2023 it appears that the teacher student ratio in the school where the petitioner is working now is 1 : 34.67 i.e. above 1 : 30. Therefore, at this stage the question of transfer cannot be considered by this court.

The report filed by the District Inspector of Schools, Primary Education, Birbhum be kept on record.

The writ application is disposed of.
