The order dated 14th July, 2025 is mentioned for correction.

In the first line of paragraph 19 at page six of the order dated 14th July, 2025, the expression "quantum merit" shall stand corrected to read as "quantum of morbid". In third line of paragraph 24 at page eight of the said order dated 14th July, 2025, the expression "the appellant" shall stand corrected to read as "the respondent no.1/writ petitioner".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 14th July, 2025.

The other portions of the order dated 14th July, 2025 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction in the order-sheet.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
