It appears that the grievance of the petitioner regarding non-supply of electricity connection for his submersible pump set has already been addressed by WBSEDCL.

WBSEDCL submits before this Court that within the month of August, 2025, the connection shall be effected subject to compliance of necessary formalities by the petitioner.

Nothing remains to be decided.

Accordingly, WPA 13307 of 2025 is disposed of.
