1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Petitioner has claimed family pension being widow daughter of a deceased primary teacher. Father of the petitioner retired on superannuation on 28th February, 2000 and was in receipt of pension. Father died on 5th January, 2024. Mother pre deceased father. Petitioner claims family pension since she lost her husband.

3. State respondents are represented by learned advocate who has submitted that a representation has been made on 17th April, 2025 addressed to the concerned State authorities.

4. However, on query it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that application has been made before the concerned authorities for issuance of 'Legal Heir Certificate' and 'Income Certificate' but till

date competent authorities have not issued such certificates.

5. On obtaining 'Legal Heir Certificate' and 'Income Certificate' from competent authority petitioner shall be at leave to submit those documents before the concerned District Inspector of Schools (PE) seeking sanction of family pension. If those documents are submitted before the concerned District Inspector of Schools (PE) it is expected that necessary steps shall be taken by the State respondents immediately thereafter.

6. Writ petitions stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
