The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for recruitment of Assistant Teachers in Higher Secondary Schools. The main grievance of the petitioner is that less meritorious candidates have been given appointments in the said selection test. The petitioner, to get some information in relation to the said selection Test has applied before the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission under Right to Information Act, 2005, the said application is appearing at page 29 of the writ petition being Annexure - 'P3'.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she has not yet received any response to her said application.

The concerned authority of the Commission is directed to respond to the said application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. W.P.A. 13551 of 2023 is disposed of with the above directions without any order as to costs.
