None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. It appears that the revisional application is filed assailing the impugned order dated 04.05.2011 passed by the Learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court in connection with O.C. No.24 of 2005 arising out of Probate Case No. 123 of 1997.

It further appears that the instant revisional application is pending since 2011 and accordingly there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application.

Accordingly, revisional application being CO 2340 of 2011 is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
