Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that a complaint was addressed to the

Regent Park Police Station. However, the appropriate police station would be Bansdroni P.S.

Accordingly, the Regent Park P.S.

has forwarded/transferred the complaint to Bansdroni P.S. on the point of jurisdiction.

Learned advocate for the private respondents opposes such contentions advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to approach the jurisdictional civil court with a prayer for appropriate relief(s).

In case, the jurisdictional civil court passes direction(s), the officer-incharge of Bansdroni P.S. would implement such order pursuant to the direction(s) passed by the learned civil court.

With the aforesaid observations,

WPA 14648 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.
