1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The case is based on circumstantial evidence. Charge has already been framed.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of circumstantial evidence which prima facie does not appear to be forming a chain to unerringly point out at the guilt of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, in Connection with Moyna Police Station Case No. 119 of 2022 dated 11.05.2022 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
