1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner is stated to be the husband of the victim who is found to have suffered fracture injuries on 4th and 5th metatarsal besides assault injury by iron rod.

3. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed.

4. Considered the materials placed by the learned Counsel for the parties including the statement of the victim and other witnesses.

5. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Berhampore, Murshidabad, in Connection with G.R. Case No. 1892 of 2022 arising out of Domkal Police Station Case No. 238 of 2022 dated 07.05.2022 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts

and circumstances of the case.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
