2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

3. Considered the materials placed by the learned Counsel for the State including the report of the FSL. In this case murder has been committed and co-ordinate Benches of this Court have earlier rejected the prayer of the petitioner for bail twice. The only ground for pressing this application for bail is that trial has not yet progressed.

4. In view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioner at this stage.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. CRM (DB) 2281 of 2023 is dismissed.
