From the affidavit of compliance filed in Court, it appears that the Panchayat detected unauthorized construction and forwarded all papers to the SubDivisional Officer, Bagdah for taking further necessary steps.

As it appears that the order of the Court has been substantially complied with by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat, accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer.
