Petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition of anticipatory bail granted on November 25, 2021.

Considering the fact that the police filed charge-sheet and considering the fact that there is no adverse report as against the petitioner as appearing from the communication dated April 6, 2022 of the police, which be taken on record, we waive the requirement of the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once a month as directed by the order dated November 25, 2021. All other conditions of the anticipatory bail granted on November 25, 2021 will remain the same.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
