Learned counsel for the State has placed on record the English translated copy of the statement of victim Shila Roy. 2.

I have perused the statement, name of the petitioners appear in the statement. However, it indicates that weapon of offence was a wooden of piece (lathi), the injuries have been opined to be grievous in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Bharati Roy had already been admitted to anticipatory bail. The facts indicate that this is a dispute between the families. 4.

Taking into account facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be admitted to pre-arrest bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local. Subject to the further conditions that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer as and when

called and shall not threaten, tamper or intimidate the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed. 6.

All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
