He is in custody for 36 days.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered materials on record showing the petitioner as the kingpin of the dacoity and in view of the fact stolen cash was recovered from his possession, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
