The writ petitioner has complained to the Netaji Nagar Police Station, Kolkata on 7th July, 2020 expressing various grievances against the private respondents. After investigations, charge sheet has been filed on 21st January, 2021 before the Jurisdictional ACJM. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet does not address a large number of other complaints that the petitioner has against the private respondents. It is submitted that further investigation would also be necessary. The petitioner has applied under Section 173(8) of the Cr. P. C. before the concerned ACJM, Alipore which has not been disposed of till date.

In that view of the matter, the ACJM, Alipore shall entertain and dispose of the petitioner's application under Section 173(8) of the Cr. P. C. in respect of Charge Sheet No. 25 of 2021 filed by the Netaji Nagar Police Station in connection with FIR No. 220 of 2020 dated 7th July, 2020

within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
